REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Full payment is due upon registration. Registration fees can be paid by credit card or check. Make your check payable to: The Committee of 100. Please keep a copy for your records. Forms and payment can be mailed to: The Committee of 100, 677 5th Avenue 5th Floor, New York, NY 10022. If paying by credit card, you can fax a completed registration form to 212-371-9009.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Substitutions may be made at anytime without charge. Cancellations received after October 25, 2013 are subject to a $50 fee. There is an additional $20 handling fee for all returned checks. No refunds will be given after October 30, 2013. Refunds will be issued after the Conference.
The Committee of 100, its board, sponsors, and staff claim no liability for the acts of any suppliers to this conference nor for the safety of any attendee while in transit to or from this event, unless transportation is included as part of a special event. Planners and sponsors reserve the right to cancel this function without penalty. The total amount of any liability of the planners and sponsors will be limited to a refund of the registration and/or individual ticket price.
